CRDIV Regulatory Data Management 

Led a project to analyse, understand and document the underlying data to be used in the bank's capital models.  This data was to be used for revised LGD, PD, EAD, and BEEL modelling, validation and monitoring as well as for a new compliant Definition of Default.  Mapped each data item back to original source, analysing the data journey from start to finish.Produced data dictionaries and data lineage, documented data controls and identified controls gaps working with engineering to introduce new controls for these gaps.  Use of SAS and SQL to analyse data.   

New Model Execution System.

Led the analysis from concept to implementation for the introduction of a new Prudential model execution system to run the bank's Risk models, replacing legacy tools, EUCs and manual processes. Ensuring the new system was able to meet customer requirements and deliver benefits. 

Mortgage Migration

A multi-billion-pound mortgage migration to move mortgages from their legacy source system to the strategic mortgage platform. This was a complex project requiring analysis to understand and reconcile financial components of the legacy system, engaging and managing stakeholders across 17 key finance areas.

Cyber Security

Lead BA on Cyber Security Programme for large FTSE 100 company, leading the Information Asset Protection work stream, responsible for a portfolio of five projects with a budget of £15m.

Windows 7 Upgrade

Lead BA on a programme to upgrade >100,000 clients from Windows XP to Windows 7 for a very large financial services company.
